Harry has served in managing roles at leading organizations within the title insurance industry for over 3 decades. Prior to joining Lexington as General Counsel, Harry spent 20 years at Stewart Title rising to Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. In that capacity, he oversaw both direct and agency operations from Maine to Virginia. Prior to joining Stewart Title, Harry was a Principal at New York Land Services where he specialized in underwriting highly complex commercial transaction nationwide. Harry is a past President of the New Jersey Land Title Association, gubernatorial appointee to the NJ Mechanic Lien Law Study Commission, Member of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Title Liaison Committee and a past President of Parsippany’s Board of Education.
Admitted to the practice of law in the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Harry received a B.S. degree from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark.
Fanny TratarosChief Underwriting Counsel
As a 20-year industry veteran, Fanny has a deep comprehension of real estate and title related issues coupled with a drive dedicated to customer satisfaction.
With over two decades handling virtually every type of commercial property, Trataros’ notable and diverse career achievements include a wide-ranging portfolio inclusive of work with large multi-site portfolios, cogeneration power plants, retail stores and malls, hospitals and medical campuses, residential developments and military bases. Ms. Trataros was Underwriting Counsel at Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance of New York for over a decade. Her breadth of experience underwriting complex transactions encompasses both commercial and residential real estate assets throughout the country.
Admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York, and the United States District Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts, Fanny received a J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
Andrea LondonSenior Vice President - Business Development
Andrea joined Lexington National Land Services in January 2018. Most recently, Andrea was Executive Vice President of Business Development at Lincoln Land Services since 2015. Andrea began her career in real estate in 2008 as a member of Admiral Capital’s executive team, co-founded by NBA legend David Robinson.
Andrea’s twenty-five years in sales and marketing management has included working in industries such as media, technology, and financial services in Boston, London, and New York.
Andrea received her B.A. from Bowdoin College where she played varsity volleyball and basketball. Andrea is an active volunteer at Harlem Village Academies, mentoring high school girls there for the last ten years.
